Modules of the program:
The “ÁruShop” webshop is integrated into the office, backoffice system. This means, that the actions and operations made in the office (adding new product, change of pricing, refreshing pictures, etc.) are carried out immediately, without any outside input needed and appears in the webshop. Every time a basket is closed in the webshop, it is transferred into customer orders immediately.
This module operates and supports assembly type production, even at a multi-level production. It is possible to include the production of half ready products into the whole production process. The module precisely tracks the status of all orders and tasks operated, including the current amount of required materials, the rate of usage of production materials and optimizing the required materials to be ordered to maintain efficient production.
The system handles production for inventory expenditure and production for order fulfillment.
Multiple production units can be operated by the system.
Production orders given for production unit (dispositions) are prioratised, so the system reserves raw materials and half ready materials in order of the products priority to be produced. Based on the priority line, its calculated if there is a lack of materials in the plant or a production unit needs to be refilled and how fast it should be replenished to maintain efficient production. It is calculated how much should be ordered and how much should be balanced by movements between production units too.
The system provides essential and premium support in the work of production units.
Supports the splitting of the meat and the different meat producing processes: smoking, curing, filling, slicing, packaging, etc.
Using the scales and industrial terminals in the factory, the system records the production events, providing an accurate picture about the productions efficiency, the raw material requirements and their accurate rationing based on the brand recipes. With the usage of lot (sarzs) numbers, the whole production method is tracked, optimized and secured, to guarantee quality assurance.
With the appearance of online cash registers, the workload of companies doing the administration and recording of cash-register significantly increased. In the beginning, our partner company which also specialises in the servicing of cash-registers, used to do the recording with the use of our custom software dividing up problems into multiple parts. Based on experiences so far, we combined these modules into a unified software, naming it the „Cash register service manager” software.
Our goal was solve all the problems related to administration with a single input of data (worksheets, annual verification report, ABEV report) and for the software to keep an all around and precise record of the cash-registers operated by their overseeing companies.
At the time of personalization, it takes the register and the owner of the register into record, while also electronically storing the documents of the owner ( signature sample, copy of the register, ID of contracting person, authorisations, etc. ), thus in case of buying a new register replacing the old one, there is no need repeat these tasks. It can store the mobile subscription contract related to the cash register.
Through the application of our program, we can get a precise picture of consumed spare parts during service, of components used and the work done by employees.
It is able to list, when the annual verification needs to be done and on which register.
During the annual verification, it takes the employee through the tasks, creates the verification report and the abev report. In the database it can also store the log book of cash registers and the pictures taken during the verification. Worksheets, saved documents are always accessible, even remotely.
During the repair service activity, it creates worksheets and the ABEV report needed to be sent to NAV.
It handles the overhead contracts.
The systems alert function warns the service, how many annual verifications are needed to be done during the upcoming period and if there are any missed ABEV reports still needed to be sent to NAV.
„ Cash register service” operates as an individual system, but it can connected with the „Aruker” and „Webaruhaz” modules. If so, it can create invoices from the worksheets created by the service and it also handles the parts and stock record of other products. This way, it provides an all around, full commercial and service system.
The software runs on windows, and can be used from multiple work places, even remotely.
